  1. Elizabeth says:

A question about agave: I have been using it instead of sugar or honey thinking it’s pretty healthy, but have just read recently that agave may be as bad for you as high fructose corn syrup. Do you have any thoughts or updates? Also, if you could compare it to organic unrefined coconut sugar, that would be great.

    Thanks

  2. Lisa says:

Are the books for purchase hardback/softback, or digital download?

  3. Robyn Robyn says:

Hi Elizabeth, search on those topics on the blog (coconut sugar, etc.), and look under Articles on the site as well, about my research and opinion on agave.

  4. Dena says:

Hi Robyn, The link for the books doesn’t work. Are they not $4 off for the set anymore? Thank you.
